My beloved King
King Bhumibol Adulyadej was born in the United States of America on December 5,1927. He returned to Thailand as the ninth king of the Chakri dynasty on May 5,1950.
Throughout his reign ,he began to visit his people,talk and listen to them about their problems. He learned first hand of the needs of his people. He tried to find ways to give immediate help. Throughout the years,he traveled to many provinces and rural areas all around the kingdom.
Year 2006 was a very important year for the whole kingdom. It was the 60th year of King's accession to the throne. He has ruled the country longer than any other king or queen in the world. In 60 years, he has helped many people; especially the poor with many projects. One of the projects is "Making of Artificial Rain" which creates rain for crop to grow.
Now people have better lives and can look after themselves. The King has given hope to all Thai people. We can truly say that the King is very much loved and respected by Thai people.

the royal development projects concerning transportation is to improve the roads in the rural to support convenient travelling and transport of products to sell outside the community.
The first Royal development Project in 1952 concerning transportation is the project to construct a road leading to Huai Mongkol village in Hin Fai Subdistrict, presently khown as Thap tai Subdistrict, Hua Hin district, Prachuap Khiri Khan.
in 1953, His majesty granted an initiative to construct Khao Tao reservoir in Hua Hin district of Prachuap Khiri Khan, The reservoir was the first Royal development project concerning irrigation.
After that, there were many projects in Prachuap Khiri Khan such as:
The Royal-initiated Kui Buri National Forest Reserve Area Conservation and Rehabilitation Project, 1997.
The Royal-initiated Flood Management Project for Hua Hin Municipal area and Klai Kangwol Palace, 1999.
The Capacity Enhancement of water storage of Yang Chum reservoir project, Kui Buri District, 2003.
